Online Tech Support Services Beta

Thank you for participating in Norman Computers Remote Network Operations Help Desk beta test. You will be helping Norman Computers test and develop new software, policies, and procedures for remote assistance technology. We hope to use this technology to greatly reduce customer cost on our services. Initially, this service will be available Monday through Thursday between the hours of 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. beginning February 8, 2010. The Help Desk Beta Test Phone Number is 405.701.8206.

By participating in this beta test, you acknowledge that, although Norman Computers will do everything possible to solve your issues, not all problems can be fixed remotely. You, therefore, free Norman Computers from any liability. Although the remote access tech support will be free during the beta test, if your problem can not be fixed remotely, and it requires onsite or in store service, the normal charges will apply. Norman Computers will be happy to assist you with data issues, but Norman Computers is not responsible for data loss. If you were referred to this beta test through a third party source, you acknowledge that the third party source is free from any liability as well. Helpful terms
Malware refers to malicious software, viruses, Trojans, and other undesirable infections capable of harming your computer and/or data.

Data forensics refers to data recovery and investigations that reveal the actions of all users of a computer.

Refurbished computers, also known as rebuilt computers, refers to a previously owned computer which has had a part or parts replaced. It will also have had its hard drive cleaned so that only the operating system remains. (It does not include any of the prior owner's software.)
