To Arrange an Appointment:
Please call our store at (405) 292-9501 and ask to set up an online tech support appointment with Kevin. You will be asked to give your contact information so that Kevin
can call you at the time of your appointment. If you already have one of our service contracts, our online tech support is provided at no additional cost. If you do not have one of our service
contracts, we bill at $60 / hour and you can make payment arrangements over the phone (or sign up for a service packages and save a lot of money).
To Log Into Remote Access Support:
Before you begin, you MUST be using Internet Explorer or Safari for the remote access software to function properly.
The technician on the phone will give you a 6-digit code. Enter it in the field to the left and click “Connect to technician.” When prompted, run the software (do not save). Several security warnings
will appear asking you to verify that you want to grant the technician access. This is for your protection. You must agree to allow our technician access to your computer. You can also stop the
connection at any time by clicking the big red X.
